"I began w/Carlson's lemon flavored cod liver oil and from there moved to VitD3 and recently purchased Lethicin and B-12. I chew the B-12 upon waking in the am and then have my doctored coffee followed by a healthy protein heavy breakfast. I can't say for sure the B-12 has increased my energy but I now only have 1 cup of coffee before work and am fine throughout the day without extra caffeine. A coincidence, who knows?"
