3. Free Return Shipping: Occasionally, mistakes happen. If you receive an incorrect item or damaged product, we'll cover the cost of return shipping as well as provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

4. Prompt Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll promptly process your refund and notify you via email. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Order & Address Changes: To ensure fast and accurate processing, orders cannot be modified once they’ve been submitted. This includes changes to shipping addresses, items, or payment methods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the currency in which the original transaction was processed.
