"It’s hard to tell if something is really working or not when it comes to supplements. But ever so often I find something that is very noticeably beneficial. I definitely feel that way about these Omegas. I notice my skin is clearer and more hydrated when I am taking them vs. I also like that when I put this supplement into my nutrition tracker it makes the healthy fats metric move. To me that is very quantitative proof that it’s worth it. The pills are large but it’s okay because they are smooth and go down pretty easy."

The only possible problem I could have is the size of the gel capsules, but that is not out of the ordinary for fish oil supplements.
