Best I've found. Good for Vitamin B nausea
"Best multivitamins I've found. I can no longer tolerate B vitamins without nausea, but find I can stomach Bs in these gels with fish oil. I still make sure to take them on a full stomach, BTW. I've noticed my hair doesn't shed as much when I regularly take these vitamins, too. Highly recommend."
