"10/10/25 I'm surprised at how much I like this cod liver oil. I’ve always known it's good for you, but I only tried it after my eye doctor said it was beneficial for healthy eyesight. I take a teaspoon or two after a meal, as the directions suggest. There is a slight fishy taste, but it’s not overwhelming at all. The mouthfeel of the oil is very smooth and luxurious. I was pleasantly surprised and now look forward to my daily dose. There are many health benefits to taking cod liver oil, so if you’re considering it, I don’t think you will be disappointed."
