Better than other Brands
"I’ve been really happy with Carlson Omega-3. The biggest thing I noticed was that it was easy on my stomach and didn’t leave the fishy aftertaste or “fish burps” that I’ve experienced with some other, more potent omega-3 supplements. That alone made it much easier to take consistently. While I don’t have objective data to back it up, I also felt less lethargic while taking it and generally felt better overall. Since I take omega-3s primarily to support heart and brain health, it’s reassuring to find a product that I actually look forward to taking rather than dreading because of the taste or stomach discomfort. "These Minis are easy to take and zero aftertaste. No burping up fishy taste either. I have only been taking these for a few weeks so can’t really comment on the positive effects of this fish oil. My only concern is that this product is not labeled NON-GMO and MERCURY FREE…. . so not sure if I would reorder."
