Better than other Brands

"I’ve been really happy with Carlson Omega-3. The biggest thing I noticed was that it was easy on my stomach and didn’t leave the fishy aftertaste or “fish burps” that I’ve experienced with some other, more potent omega-3 supplements. That alone made it much easier to take consistently. While I don’t have objective data to back it up, I also felt less lethargic while taking it and generally felt better overall. Since I take omega-3s primarily to support heart and brain health, it’s reassuring to find a product that I actually look forward to taking rather than dreading because of the taste or stomach discomfort. Easy to take and zero aftertaste!

"These Minis are easy to take and zero aftertaste. No burping up fishy taste either. I have only been taking these for a few weeks so can’t really comment on the positive effects of this fish oil. My only concern is that this product is not labeled NON-GMO and MERCURY FREE…. . so not sure if I would reorder."
