"I have been taking fish oil gels for a few years now. I had been using the bulk type that can be purchased though the big box membership stores. I did some research and learned that one dose of Carlson Omega Minis contains 1000 mg of Omega 3 fatty acids compared to only 300 mg in one dose of the bulk fish oil gels. EPA and DHA are the ingredients that matter, and Carlson has 600 mg of EPA and 400 mg of DHA. Compare that to the bulk product I had been taking which only has 250 mg combined EPA and DHA according to the ingredient label. Not sure where the other 50 went. With these Carlson Omega Minis I do not get the fishy after taste I sometimes get from the bulk brand. Carlson also has a purity guarantee on the bottle. The bulk stuff does not. If you are looking to take fish oil just to say you are taking it, well, get the bulk stuff. If you want make a difference, get the good stuff, Buy Carlson Omega Minis."

"the Carlson omega minis are a great addition to your daily routine, especially if you struggle with eating fatty fish or don't like seafood, i am an avid runner, skier, hiker, and overall very active person that has struggled with inflammation in the joints due to injuries. After a couple of weeks of taking the omega minis I noticed that the inflammation in my right knee was significantly less after running . this is really quality fish oil and I will continue using this product. took 2 tabs daily for 30 days."

Better than other Brands

"I’ve been really happy with Carlson Omega-3. The biggest thing I noticed was that it was easy on my stomach and didn’t leave the fishy aftertaste or “fish burps” that I’ve experienced with some other, more potent omega-3 supplements. That alone made it much easier to take consistently. While I don’t have objective data to back it up, I also felt less lethargic while taking it and generally felt better overall. Since I take omega-3s primarily to support heart and brain health, it’s reassuring to find a product that I actually look forward to taking rather than dreading because of the taste or stomach discomfort. For me, the combination of good tolerability, no fishy aftertaste, and the way I felt while using it makes this a supplement I’ll continue to buy."

"I took the Carlson Omega Minis every day for the full 30-day trial. I kept the bottle on my bedside table, which made it easy to remember, and I took the two capsules together each evening as part of my bedtime routine. My favorite aspect of this product was how easy it was to take. The capsules are noticeably smaller than most fish oil supplements I've tried, making them easy to swallow. Easy to take and zero aftertaste!

"These Minis are easy to take and zero aftertaste. No burping up fishy taste either. I have only been taking these for a few weeks so can’t really comment on the positive effects of this fish oil. My only concern is that this product is not labeled NON-GMO and MERCURY FREE…. . so not sure if I would reorder."
