"I figured this supplement can't hurt me while I am in the process of normalizing my hormones. I hadn't seen an md in over 30 yrs and had no idea that hormones were my saving grace until I hit a wall at full speed and had no idea what happened. I felt like I was dying. It didn't take long to realize it was hormone related and I began bio-identical hormones. While I am still getting my hormones adjusted I figure some folic acid can't hurt as it is good for nerve and heart health.
