"Cod liver oil seems to be the best way to get omega-3. Non-GMO with EPA, DHA, and vitamin D3. Wild caught Arctic Cod. Comes from an FDA regulated facility. I used cod liver oil in part along with additional supplements and better eating habits to lower my triglyceride levels by 44% in 6 months!
