"I bought the calcium and magnesium gels during postpartum for breastfeeding as it is recommended to take calcium while breastfeeding. I trust the quality and safety of carlsons labs, especially during this crucial point in my life when nutrient needs are higher. The pills are tasteless and odorless. The gels make it easy to swallow as the pills are somewhat larger. I am giving 4 out of 5 stars. The only downside is that you need to take 2 pills. I perfer to only take 1 pill."
