Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED BELOW.
1. Sponsor
The Omega-3 Day Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Carlson Laboratories, Inc., 100 Schelter Drive, Lincolnshire, IL, 60069.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on March 4, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
Primary Entry Method
To enter, complete the official entry form available at carlsonlabs.com during the Promotion Period and submit your full name and valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person.
5. Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $300 Carlson Labs digital gift card.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $300.
Total ARV of all prizes: $900.
Gift cards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to the terms and conditions of use. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Carlson Labs on or about April 2, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified via email. If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Carlson Labs' Privacy Policy available at https://www.carlsonlabs.com/pages/privacy-policy.
10. Winner List
To request the names of the winners, email marketing@carlsonlabs.com within thirty (30) days after the Promotion Period ends.
