Crunch Topped Baked Berries

Serves 2 servings

550-800 mg of Omega-3s per Serving

  • 2 cups of mixed berries
  • ¼ cup of almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp. of sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. of coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. of chia seeds
  • ½ tsp. of ground flaxseed
  • ½ tsp. of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. of vanilla
  • 1 tsp. (1 Packet) of Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil or Cod Liver Oil, lemon
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Divide berries into two small oven-safe dishes and cover with foil
  3. Bake 25 minutes or until berries are softened
  4. Place all dry ingredients in medium bowl and stir
  5. Add vanilla and Carlson oil
  6. Stir until combined
  7. Evenly sprinkle crunch mixture on top of warm berries

Tip: The Crunchy Topping is also delicious spooned over yogurt or ice cream.
