Creamy Lemon Dessert Dip

Serves 8

275-400 mg of Omega-3s per Serving

6 oz. of cream cheese, softened
1¼ cup of confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. (2 packets) of Carlson Cod Liver Oil or The Very Finest Fish Oil, lemon (adults or kids)
2 tsp. of milk or cream
1 tsp. of vanilla
¼ tsp. of salt
2-3 drops of yellow food coloring, optional

Using electric mixer, combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Spoon dip into small bowl. Serve with dippers such as strawberries, grapes, or cookies.

Tip: The dip can also be used as frosting.
