"Excellent quality at a fair price. However, I placed my first order of this product on Carlsons website, and had to call them 2 weeks later asking why my order hadn't shipped yet. They looked into my order and didn't know why it hadn't shipped. They promptly shipped my order, but I had to purchase another brand from Amazon while I waited for the order to arrive from Carlsons website. They offered me nothing for having to wait for the order, I do like the product though."
