- 1 tsp. (1 packet) of Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil or Cod Liver Oil, lemon
- ½ cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
- ¼ cup of dried fruit (such as cranberries, raisins, or blueberries)
- 2 Tbsp. of unsalted roasted cashews, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. of unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp. of honey
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk), heated
- Stir together Carlson oil, lemon, oats, fruit, cashews, seeds, honey, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl
- Pour heated milk over oats; let rest 5-10 minutes
