Pumpkin pie, gingerbread cookies, holiday-themed cocktails – with all of the delicious flavors the holiday season has to offer, it's no surprise it can turn into a caloric free-for-all, with plates and glasses filled with ingredients we usually reserve for the occasional cheat day. The result is often an upset stomach and a case of food guilt.
