5 g of Ribose per Serving

Ingredients
  • 1 packet (5 g) of Carlson Ribose
  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. of tahini paste
  • 1 Tbsp. of unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • ½ tsp. of ground flax seeds
  • 3 - 4 ice cubes
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender container. Process until smooth.
