Arlington Heights, IL ---December 2011--- Carlson Laboratories Supports the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Campaign: Go Red for Women is the American Heart Association’s campaign to raise awareness regarding cardiovascular disease in women. According to the American Heart Association, heart disease is the leading cause of death for women in the United States. Friday, February 3rd, 2012 is National Wear Red Day. Thousands of individuals and companies are raising awareness about heart disease by wearing red on this day.
